Gradelink
Gradelink offers a highly responsive and robust system that enhances our school’s operations, make communications easier to access, and more.
With Gradelink, you can check student grades, and much more.
Log In to stay connected. All parents who have email addresses on file with the school have been sent their username and password either at the beginning of the school year or when they enrolled their child(ren) during the year. Upper class-men may also have their own username and password which allows them access to their class pages, grades, and assignments.
(Please note that these usernames and passwords will roll over into the new year if you are continuing with the school.)
If you have forgotten your username or password, once you click on the Gradelink Portal button below, please click the “Forgot Password” link. You will need to use the email address that the school has on file. If you are still unable to access the portal, please see our Gradelink Help page or contact the school.

Please submit forms to the Office or turn in during Back to School Night (Tuesday, August 15th -5 PM).
Kindergarten
Rising kindergarteners are required to have this form submitted by August 15, 2023.
Middle School: TDap Verification
Middle Schoolers are required to have their TDap Verification on file. Please submit proof of TDap to Mrs. Herndon.
Sports
Sports Physical Form -must be completed before a student begins sports practices.

- Drop off medications during Back to School Night
How to Submit Your Forms:
- Fax: Please send your completed form to (540) 635-6152.
- Office Drop-off: You may drop off your forms to Mrs. Herndon during Summer Office Hours -Tuesday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
- Back to School Night:You may also bring your form to the Back to School Night event, which is on Tuesday, August 15th, beginning at 5 PM.
